Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 14 nights, cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For stays of one month or longer, the cancellation period is extended to 14 days prior to arrival.
If the cancellation occurs after the respective deadline, the total amount of the stay may be charged.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email).
