Homely Stay Studio A0 | Mezzanine & A/C

Positive: Brand new with lovely finishes and attention to detail. Well stocked, clean, attentive manager with welcoming feel. Negative: Nothing

Positive: We were very happy with our stay at this hotel from September 2nd to September 7th. The room was incredibly pleasant, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large and comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely atmosphere. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and pleasant, and there was plenty of tableware and everything else needed for everyday use. The location is also excellent. The hotel is practically in the city center, with the metro just about a 5-minute walk away and shops around 7 minutes away on foot. I would also like to give special credit to the staff and, in particular, to the way they handle unexpected problems. On Sunday evening, we had an issue with the electronic door lock. Despite it being late and a weekend, the administrator responded quickly and resolved the problem very efficiently and professionally. Of course, technical issues can happen to anyone, especially with electronic systems. But what really deserves respect is how the team responds to such situations and how quickly they take action to ensure the comfort of their guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely be happy to stay here again!
